Eastern Washington Alumni Magazine – I stepped in as editor and writer for one issue when the editor went on maternity leave. She had very large shoes to fill but her support staff worked with me through all phases from story collection to final layout. It was one of the most rewarding and fascinating jobs I’ve ever done. Snow News – For four years, I wrote and edited Snow News for Ski Northwest Rockies, collecting mountain news from five resorts. In the process, I helped plan and direct news content, collected and edited resort input, wrote personality profiles, product reviews and articles on winter sports and industry trends.
Talking to Wise Women – I collaborated on a feature length book based on the award-winning educational DVD Talking to Wise Women created by Anna Majer.
